If you are unable to log in to your account with your password, the problem may be due to:
- Incorrect password
- Inactive account: after registering on DPD, you will receive a confirmation email with a link allowing you to activate your account. If you do not activate this, the system will not recognise you as a user and you will not be able to log in to your account.
- Incorrect email address
