In order to successfully start the claims process, the following criteria must be met:
Do not ship any items mentioned in the list of prohibited and uninsured items.
Use suitable packaging that complies with our packaging guide.
Prove the value of the goods by providing a purchase/sales invoice.
Photograph the damaged goods and the packaging used.
Make note of any issues on the delivery note/PDA in the event of any visible damages. If not, the deadline for informing us of any damages will be 7 days from the time of delivery.
