I do not have an invoice or a photograph of my shipment, can I lodge a claim?

The images and documents requested  in order to present your claim are essential. As such, you should take care to follow these recommendations.

• It’s important that you have all necessary documents available to prove the value of the goods.

• Photographs of the packaging and contents, as they were received.

• Carrier receipts (proof of delivery and collection).

All of the above information will be required by the carrier. Without this, it will not be possible to process your claim.
