My shipment’s collection has not been successful, what do I do?
You can request a new collection from the next working day.
Why has the carrier not collected my parcel?
Unsuccessful collections are usually due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address (apartment not specified, door code, etc.)
- The contact number is not valid and the carrier has not been able to contact the sender
- Sender absent when the driver arrived
- Technical or equipment issue (road traffic, breakdown, etc.)
To reschedule collection, all you need to do is contact our help centre, via the collections section.
In order to successfully reschedule collection, we ask you to follow these
- Check that the address is complete (apartment number, building, access code, etc.)
- Make sure that someone will be available during the collection hours and that the goods are ready
