Delivery time:
- Delivery time starts from the working day following the parcel’s collection. It is indicated for information purposes only and is not guaranteed.
- Delivery time may vary according to destination country.
Conditions:
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place (garage, porch, etc.).
- If delivery has been impossible, the goods will be returned and the applicable fees will be incurred.

Coverage:

- If you have taken out coverage with DPD, your shipment will therefore be covered up to the amount specified when you took out coverage, subject to your claim being accepted.
- All claims must be processed directly with DPD.

- If no coverage has been taken out when placing your order, your claim will be processed according to the transport conditions.
